Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no questions asked.
Why can't I deploy to production on the Free plan?
Free is built for testing the tool safely — compare orgs and deploy sandbox-to-sandbox as much as you like, with no time limit and no card required. Production access is the one thing that's gated, because the moment you're ready to go live is also the moment you need a paid support relationship behind you. Bronze unlocks production deployments starting at £49/month.

What happens when I hit my 10 deployment limit on the Free plan?
You can still use DeployEzee to compare your orgs — you just can't initiate new deployments until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Existing deployments and logs remain fully accessible.
Do you offer a trial of the Silver plan?
Yes — Silver comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card until after the trial period. All features enabled from day one, including rollback, scheduled deployments, and deployment comparison.
Can I get an invoice or purchase order for my company?
Yes. Contact us at contact@cloudezee.tech and we'll issue a formal invoice or work with your procurement team for a purchase order. We also support EUR and USD invoicing.
